Care:
• With polymer clay jewelry, protecting it from direct sunlight will help keep its longevity. In case you want to clean them, a simple wipe with a wet cloth (NO chemicals) will keep them looking like new. Do not put them in a jewelry cleaner since they are only for metals. Polymer clay is a durable material, our jewelry is designed to be solid and hard to snap but be careful with them as some colors such as gold are softer than others.

Refunds:
We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase once its status shows as delivered, if 14 days have passed since the item has been delivered, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
We only refund items if they were damaged through shipping. Being a small company means change of mind won't be accepted(sorry)
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the broken item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
